Delivery time: Depending on the size of your orders, your delivery time may vary significantly. Delivery time starts the next business day after we receive your order and may vary depending on the specified delivery address.
Shipping Fees: There is a fixed shipping fee determined for standard deliveries throughout Turkey. Additional shipping charges may apply for large or special orders.
Cargo company: Your orders are usually sent through reliable cargo companies. You can monitor the status of your shipment using the tracking number sent to you for cargo tracking.
Damaged or Lost Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or lost during delivery, please contact us immediately. It is important that you notify us as soon as possible so that we can assist you with any damaged or lost items.
Return policy
Return Process: Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the products you received or want to return them for any reason, you can return them within 15 days after receiving the product. For a return, please contact our customer service and initiate your return request.
Return Conditions: The products you return must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. For a refund, the products must be sent back to us and the invoice of the products you purchased must be presented.
Return Fees: Shipping costs for returns made by the customer belong to the customer. However, shipping costs incurred in cases where the product is defective or sent incorrectly will be covered by us.
Return Process: Following the receipt of the returned products, the condition of the products will be examined and if approved, the refund will be made. The refund amount will be refunded to your account within 5-10 business days depending on the payment method.
